I have spent my life in the worlds of hospitality and luxury leadership.
From shaping Food & Beverage, Events and Product Development across Hyatt Asia Pacific, to opening Park Hyatt Shanghai — the inaugural Virtuoso Best of the Best Hotel in the World — and later serving as President of Louis Vuitton China, my journey has always centred on one thing: emotion.
Today, I focus on creating that emotion.
Through projects, conversations, education, and writing, I work with people who believe that true luxury is not about objects, but about how something makes you feel.
